An exciting opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with expertise in Operating Room nursing to contribute to patient care in a dynamic surgical environment. Schedule/Hours:
- Five 8-hour shifts per week.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active RN licensure with Operating Room nursing experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary surgical team.
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, perioperative patient care, and surgical procedures.
- Commitment to patient safety and care quality.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready and sterile.
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to support optimal surgical outcomes.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies.
