Job DescriptionJob Title: Call Center Representative (Onsite – 4-Month Contract)Location: Bellevue, WASchedule: Full-time, OnsiteContract Length: 4 monthsWe are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to join our team for a 4-month onsite contract in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support across a variety of inquiries.Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately
  • Document interactions and update customer records in the system
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous call center or customer service experience is required
  • Strong typing skills, Keystroke per hour test is sent to qualified candidates
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality



Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
