Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across various projects and events. Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate conference calls for a variety of ongoing projects.
• Transcribe and edit audio recordings from webinars to ensure high-quality documentation.
• Update and maintain website content to reflect current initiatives and events.
• Take detailed notes during both virtual and in-person meetings to support project tracking.
• Oversee the planning and execution of events, including managing organizational processes.
• Review applications and ensure all documentation meets established standards.
• Coordinate communication with recipients, including arranging travel and registration details.
• Prepare and mail award certificates as needed to recognize achievements.
• Handle mailings and communications for organizational chapters.
• Process chapter rosters and update the chapter map to maintain accurate records.• Proficiency in ADP Financial Services for managing administrative tasks.
• Experience with website updates and banner ads to support digital initiatives.
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual collaboration.
• Skilled in using Concur for travel and expense management.
• Knowledge of CRM systems to facilitate effective communication and record-keeping.
• Strong organizational skills for managing budgets and calendar schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work with C-Suite executives and adapt to high-level administrative demands.
