Leading IT Service Provider seeks Administrative Assistant to join our growing technology company.

This is a part-time position (approximately 24 hours/week) at our Sterling Heights office. Base hours are 11:00 AM 3:00 PM with some flexibility on additional hours.
Responsibilities:
- Assists Voice Sales Department with assigned project-based work tasks including data entry of sales orders and client service requests.
- Develops client quotes for phone equipment.
- Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Answers phones for call center. Responds to client requests and transfers client calls to appropriate staff.
- Reviews and processes daily service records for accuracy before billing.
- Updates new installation warranty information and equipment counts.
- Reaches out to clients post installation to ensure satisfaction.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous clerical/customer service experience preferred

- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
