A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in a school setting located in Telluride, Colorado. This contract opportunity is ideal for licensed and certified professionals seeking to apply their expertise in a dynamic educational environment. Open to traveling SLPs, this role requires dedication to supporting pediatric students through effective communication therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology services in schools

Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA or completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably in school or healthcare settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Open to travel, accommodating the contract location in Telluride, CO
