Job Description

At Flosum, we’re building the #1 Salesforce-native DevOps and Security platform, trusted by some of the largest enterprises worldwide. As a fast-growing, bootstrapped SaaS company, we’re laser-focused on growth, discipline, and delivering real value to our customers. We’re now looking for our first Financial Analyst to join our team and take ownership of financial planning and analysis, SaaS metrics, and operational finance.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll be the go-to finance partner for the business—working closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure we’re running a disciplined and data-driven operation.

As the Financial Analyst, you will:

  • Financial Planning & Budgeting
    • Build, manage, and maintain company budgets, including department-level budgets.
    • Reconcile actual vs. target budgets and provide variance analysis.
    • Partner with team leaders to review and approve budgets on a monthly basis.
  • SaaS Metrics & Analytics
    • Create, track, and report on core SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, retention, expansion, CAC, LTV, etc.).
    • Provide monthly and quarterly dashboards that drive executive decision-making.
    • Analyze pipeline, bookings, renewals, and customer trends to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Cash Flow & Forecasting
    • Build and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure strong liquidity and predictability.
    • Model financial scenarios to support executive and board-level decisions.
  • Marketing ROI & Spend Alignment
    • Work with the marketing team to track ROI across campaigns.
    • Drive alignment between financial goals and marketing spend efficiency.
  • Tools & Data Integrity
    • Manage financial reporting through Salesforce, Excel, and Google Sheets.
    • Ensure data cleanliness, accuracy, and alignment across systems.
  • Operational Finance & Administration
    • Support payroll, vendor invoices, accounts payable/receivable reconciliation.
    • Assist with compliance, audits, and financial record-keeping.

Own end-to-end reporting processes that keep leadership informed and accountable.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), ideally in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (retention, churn, expansion, CAC, LTV, gross margin, Rule of 40, etc.).
  • Experience creating budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, modeling).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain financial insights clearly to non-finance teammates.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and accuracy.

Benefits

  • Be the first finance hire in a fast-growing SaaS company—make an outsized impact.
  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape how we operate.
  • Join a company that values discipline, growth, and empowerment.
  • Competitive salary + benefits package.
  • Opportunity for growth as the finance team scales.
