Full-Time | $20–$24/hour | Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Primary Location: 2696 S Colorado Blvd, Ste 240, Denver, CO 80222

Travel between clinics required; travel stipend provided when working outside the Denver clinic.

The Opportunity
The Medical Assistant plays a key role in supporting physicians and advanced practice providers to ensure a smooth, high-quality patient experience. This position blends clinical support, patient care, and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Support

  • Room patients according to clinic and provider protocols
  • Transport and assist patients to and from procedure rooms as needed
  • Measure, document, and report vital signs
  • Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support

Administrative & Documentation

  • Enter accurate, timely information in the EMR while maintaining HIPAA compliance
  • Print prescriptions, work restrictions, and service orders as directed
  • Ensure real-time accuracy of provider documentation

Clinic Operations

  • Clean and stock pre-op, PACU, and procedure rooms
  • Follow all CPC clinical policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties within scope of practice as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current BLS/First Aid certification required
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Proficiency with Windows-based systems and EMR software
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
  • Medical Assistant or CNA certification preferred
