Job DescriptionLegacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Project Manager role in Eugene. · Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
· Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
· Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
· Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.
· Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial and status reports to leadership.
· Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
· Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
· Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, deliverables, and communications. Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
· 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in e.g., construction, technology, or manufacturing.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
· Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and adapt to changing priorities.
