Children’s House looking to hire positive and reliable individuals who have a love of teaching and are adaptable, caring, and team-oriented. Montessori experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities include:
- Aide lead teacher in documentation of each student’s learning journey and development through written observations and reflections, videos, photographs, etc.
- Greets and dismisses preschool children and helps with dressing and undressing
- Assists toddlers with difficulties in organizing materials, completing tasks, and/or returning materials properly.
- Organizes classrooms during and after sessions
- Takes charge of “snacks” and refills supplies as needed
- Attends staff meetings and other in-service training as requested
- Attends school functions as requested
