Marketing and Community Experience Coordinator

Job DescriptionPosition Summary:
Futures Recovery Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to serve as our Marketing & Community Coordinator. This role supports both internal operations and external community engagement by ensuring exceptional patient experiences, facilitating family programming, supporting alumni relations, and assisting in the planning and execution of on-site and off-site events. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a dynamic, client-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:Patient & Family Engagement
- Serve as a Patient Concierge, meeting with clients regarding potential program transfers and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients, families, and referral sources with professionalism and warmth.
- Assist with Family Recovery Collective programming, offering support to both facilitators and families.
- Assist with Case Management duties when needed (Identifies and assesses case management needs and provides discharge planning to assure that the patient progresses through the continuum of care and is provided with an aftercare plan based on recommendations provided by clinical, medical, and psychiatric providers. Develop and document a comprehensive clinical Discharge Plan.)
- Documentation of the progress and/or regression of the patient in an accurate and timely manner.
-Respond to and assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
Event Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of on-site events for patients and staff.
- Represent Futures at community events, building relationships with referral partners and organizations.
- Provide occasional assistance with Facebook Alumni Page content and engagement (as needed).
Client Programming & Support
- Work occasional swing shifts to support patient activities and ensure a high-quality experience during evenings and weekends.
Administrative Support
- Provide minimal scheduling support for the CEO/COO, coordinating calendars when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be substituted.
- 2+ years in a customer service, behavioral healthcare, hospitality, or events role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook (a plus).
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk across campus and participate in events as needed.
- Some evenings and weekends required.
- Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
