Job Title: Call Center Representative
Location: Dallas, TX or Augusta, GA
About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions, concerns, or requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and politely.
- Listen to customer needs and provide accurate information or solutions.
- Resolve complaints or escalate complex issues to the right department.
- Log all customer interactions in our system (CRM).
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stay calm and patient under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
