Responsibilities:
• Process payroll for a large number of employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage garnishments and deductions in compliance with legal requirements.
• Handle prevailing wages and union payrolls, including Davis Bacon wage determinations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll operations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Maintain detailed and organized records for audits and reporting purposes.
• Support payroll needs for 17 distinct companies within the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies efficiently.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure continued compliance.• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing for large employee groups.
• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.
• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of prevailing wages and union payroll structures.
• Familiarity with Davis Bacon wage regulations.
• Ability to manage garnishments and deductions accurately.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
