Physician led and accountable 650+ provider multi-specialty group practice that has excellent opportunities for Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join a group of 6-8 FM providers in a brand-new, 45,000+ square foot facility opening in fall of 2025 in the suburbs of Boise, Idaho.
We are seeking multiple new physicians for this location and would welcome Residents who are training together currently and would like to continue to practice together!
Job Description:
Start Date: Mid-September 2025
Opening in October 2025. Will serve community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation services in a convenient and accessible environment located directly off I-84.
Services will include Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray, and Pharmacy.
Practice Setting: Clinic.
Reason for Coverage: Expanding to new facility and need additional providers
Full-time schedule: 34 patient contact hours with the option for a 4- or 5-day work week.
Shift hours: Approximately 8 AM to 5 PM.
Call schedule: Shared with other eligible Family Medicine providers; approximately 1:40. To include weekends as part of the call rotation.
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC, including AI charting capabilities.

Requirements:
- Clear/ Active Medical License
- DEA License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates who will become Board Certified within 3 years of employment.
- Candidates must have completed an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
