ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2018 and is home to a motivated, five-person team that thrives in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member beginning in 2005 and previously as a corporate flight attendant both roles that strengthened my attention to detail, professionalism, and service mindset.

Im married and have a black lab, Burt Reynolds, who keeps things fun outside of work. Our office is deeply involved in the community and supports a variety of charitable efforts throughout the year. Giving back is an important part of who we are.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Heather Woodson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
