We are seeking a client-focused and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join our team at Secured Retirement, a boutique financial services firm based in St. Louis Park, MN. In this role, you will provide fiduciary advice and deliver holistic retirement strategies that align with our clients life goals. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with deep financial planning expertise and a genuine passion for helping families achieve long-term financial confidence. Youll be an integral part of our strategic client service approach and contribute meaningfully to the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication and education
- Conduct discovery meetings to identify client goals, values, financial needs, and retirement priorities
- Design and implement personalized retirement strategies including income planning, tax optimization, Social Security, and long-term care
- Lead investment planning discussions and ongoing portfolio reviews
- Coordinate with internal paraplanning and client service teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Collaborate with external tax and legal professionals on estate and tax strategies
- Support firm outreach and marketing through educational seminars, webinars, and referral initiatives
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related discipline (preferred)
- 25 years of experience in financial advising, retirement planning, or wealth management
- Series 65 or 66 license (required or must obtain within 3 months)
- CFP designation (preferred) or currently enrolled in a CFP program
- MN Life & Health Insurance License (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
