Job Description
Human Resources/Payroll clerk reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and supports the HR Manager, Director and Payroll Administrator.
Essential Job Functions but not limited to:
· Document all leave of absences (FMLA/CFRA, PFL, WC)
· Reconcile company benefit billings statements as needed
· Document absences and tardies (point system)
· Assist with time and attendance manual punch inputs
· Verify hours vs schedule (daily)
· General office support as needed
· Assist all team members with inquiring questions
Qualifications:
· Bilingual Spanish is a must
· Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws
· Knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, PFL, WC, OSHA regulations
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources and or Payroll
· Proficient in Microsoft software – Excel, Word, Access
· Knowledge of Paycom preferred and or timeclock information systems
· Ten key by touch
· Organizational and Communication skills
· Attention to detail
