Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will oversee customer service operations, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage logistics and administrative processes effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and lead customer service teams to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor call center operations and provide guidance to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate logistics processes, including freight scheduling and distribution, to optimize delivery routes and minimize delays.
• Manage order entry, processing, and inventory documentation to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Provide administrative support by preparing reports, managing schedules, and organizing meetings for leadership staff.
• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring smooth transitions and effective knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with sales and plant management teams to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Utilize computer systems for data entry and tracking to maintain organized and accurate records.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive team environment.

• Proven experience in supervisory management, preferably within a customer service and warehouse or industrial setting.

• Strong background in call center operations and customer service excellence.

• Ability to oversee logistics and distribution processes efficiently.

• Proficiency in computer data entry and familiarity with inventory management systems.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and leadership capabilities to manage and motivate teams.

• Experience in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.

• Ability to adapt to new systems and processes, with a willingness to learn and grow.
