About this Role:
As our Agent Development and Success Coach, you will play a critical role in growing and developing our sales team:
- Opportunity to help others realize their goals and dreams both personally and professionally. We have an established team of real estate agents with various levels of experience and sales production. You will be tasked with the responsibility and privilege of helping them establish goals for growth and development, encourage them along the way and help us celebrate their successes.
- Engage and Inspire. Use persuasive and engaging speaking techniques to encourage audiences to take action, improve their mindset, and strive for personal and professional development.
- Recruiting new and talented agents to our firm and the ability to attract and retain talent will be one of the key performance indicators we'll use to measure your success.
- Company culture is of the utmost importance to the principals at Heartland Properties. Ensuring that agents love where they work, and fit within our core values which are Family, Loyalty, Integrity, and Positivity.
- Organizing educational opportunities to inspire our agents and make sure they have the latest and greatest information and tools.
- Organizing sales contests, happy hours and other company events to keep our sales force engaged and celebrate agent achievements.
- Collaborating with our Marketing and HR teams to develop new agent resources, seeking out new opportunities, tools or education to continually develop and expand what we offer our agents and keep them on the cutting edge of industry trends.
- Assist our management team when choosing new or updated Company CRM's, Websites, branding ideas and implementation to show that Heartland Properties is a relevant and cutting-edge company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in managing and/or coaching a sales force
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate software/databases (if applicable)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- An entrepreneurial mind set, and drive to continually grow and develop yourself and our agents
- A positive, outgoing and engaging personality
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
- Prior real estate sales experience
- Iowa/Nebraska Real Estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience with specific CRM or MLS systems
- Knowledge of the local Council Bluffs/Omaha real estate market
- Familiarity with social media marketing
