This is a full-time on-site role for a Distribution Center Manager, located in Imperial, PA. The Distribution Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. Key tasks include managing staff, coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy, building maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and other functions required to manage the facility. The manager will also handle performance metrics, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth workflow within the facility.
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics and inventory management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong administrative skills focusing on details
- Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry is mandatory
