We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The PT will provide rehabilitation services, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

Key Responsibilities

- Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and functional goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in compliance with facility policies
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
