Job Details
- Oversee all aspects of the company’s ISO 9001 quality system
- Plan and execute internal/external audits and corrective actions
- Interpret blueprints and specifications with geometric tolerancing
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Train and guide plant staff on quality best practices
- Monitor, analyze, and improve quality metrics using ERP systems
What you'll need for this role:
- 3+ years of quality management in a manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of ISO quality systems, auditing, and compliance
- Experience in die casting or plastic injection molding preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and mechanical inspection skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
