About Us

We are an established, accredited dual diagnosis residential treatment center located in Lantana, FL. Our 55-bed, 30-day program provides evidence-based treatment to individuals struggling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Masters-Level Therapist to join our team and support clients on their recovery journey.

Position Overview

The Therapist plays a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care through individual and group therapy, treatment planning, case management, and discharge coordination. This position requires a licensed or license-eligible professional with a strong foundation in dual diagnosis treatment, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group facilitation for clients with co-occurring disorders

  • Conduct clinical assessments, intakes, and treatment planning

  • Collaborate with the clinical, medical, and case management teams to ensure coordinated care

  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Joint Commission and DCF standards

  • Participate in treatment team meetings and contribute to program development

  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

  • Assist clients in discharge planning and aftercare coordination

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field

  • Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or Registered Intern

  • 2+ years of experience in substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment (residential experience preferred)

  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based modalities

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work a Tuesday–Saturday schedule
