Job Description
About Peak Physical Therapy
Peak Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient practice with two locations in Helena, MT, reinvigorated a few years ago when Anthony Purviance took ownership alongside co-owner Courtney, bringing fresh energy and dual-specialty mentorship in orthopedics and neurology to the practice. You get 40-minute sessions with no double-booking, unlimited CE funding, and up to $19,000 in fellowship and career investment on top of a competitive base, plus a caseload spanning ortho, neuro, sports, and vestibular care that few two-location practices can match. Whether you're building clinical expertise, growing into leadership, or aiming for ownership yourself, Peak offers a clear track to get there, in a city just ranked the #1 place to live in Montana.

This role pays $80,000–$111,200 a year, and our powerful bonus program is a big part of why. In addition, we provide:

-

-
17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure

Life in Helena, MT
Helena was just named the #1 Best Place to Live in Montana (US News & World Report, 2026), with a median home price around $389,000, far below what you'd pay in Bozeman, Denver, or Seattle. It's a walkable capital city, small enough to know your neighbors but with a real downtown, breweries, and restaurants. Outdoor access is built in: hiking trails and reservoirs in town, skiing 45 minutes away, and Glacier and Yellowstone both a short drive away.
What You’ll Be Doing
Most of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:
-
Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
-
Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
-
Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
-
Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
-
Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
-
Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:
-
A passion for life-long learning who thrive on mentorship and never stop growing
-
•A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

-
All experience levels are encouraged to apply
