Physical Therapist – New Grads Welcome in Outpatient Orthopedics
A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Hallandale Beach, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist and welcoming both experienced clinicians and new graduates. This is a strong setting for a PT who wants orthopedic experience, a supportive pace, and time to develop strong patient relationships.
The clinic sees 2 patients per hour, allowing you to treat with focus instead of rushing between patients.

- Salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Complete patient evaluations and functional assessments
- Create treatment plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal cases
- Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, strengthening, mobility work, and functional training
- Help patients understand their goals and home programs
- Track progress and adjust treatment plans
- Document care accurately
- Communicate with PTAs and clinic team members
Requirements
- Active Florida Physical Therapist License
- DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
- Outpatient experience required, including clinical rotation experience for new graduates
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
