Home Rotation: Bi-Weekly (12-14 days on / 2-3 days off)

Primary Lanes: Regional & OTR east of I-35

We need full-time W2 Class A drivers for OTR and regional lanes east of I-35. We hire both experts and students for our paid training fleet. This bi-weekly schedule is built for high miles and steady income.

Financial & Lifestyle

• Run 2,300 – 2,500+ miles per week on average

Entry Level Training Program (0 Experience)

Just finished your 120-hour CDL school? We pay you to gain real-world experience during 3-5 weeks of one-on-one mentorship. You will master equipment handling, ELD compliance, and pre-trip inspections with a pro. We ensure you are confident and ready before you ever hit the road solo.

Primary Duties

• Drive Class A equipment safely under DOT rule
• Handle mostly no-touch dry van loads
• Focus on 70% drop and hook for efficiency
• Meet delivery times with high performance
• Keep clean ELD logs and daily truck checks

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL or 120+ school hour
• s Commit to bi-weekly home time rotations
• Clean driving record and safety focus
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
