As a Full Time Customer Service Representative at YourTown Health in Palmetto, you will play an essential role in welcoming patients to our care facility. Your day will kick off with a warm greeting, where you'll collect their insurance cards and IDs while ensuring they feel at ease. You'll seamlessly verify their insurance eligibility and guide them through the necessary forms, building a rapport that reflects our commitment to empathy and integrity. Once their information is captured and updated in our system, you'll notify our dedicated back staff, including nurses and PAs, that a patient is ready for their visit.
This pivotal role not only fosters a smooth operation but also enhances the patient experience, making every interaction count as you contribute to our high-performance, customer-focused culture.
