Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to support our recruitment operations in Baton Rouge, LA 70806. The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, and experienced in interviewing, screening, and placing candidates into open roles.
Job Details
- Type: Full-Time
- Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70806
- Pay Rate: $40,000 - $50,000 a year
- Scheduled: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, On call as needed.
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
- Communicate with candidates and clients in both English and Spanish
- Utilize ATS systems to track applicants, update records, and manage candidate pipelines
- Conduct phone screenings, in-person interviews, and onboarding support
- Maintain strong phone etiquette and professional communication
- Coordinate start dates, collect required documentation, and assist candidates through the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with company and client hiring requirements
Qualifications
- Bilingual – Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)
- 6 months of previous recruiting or staffing experience (Required)
- Experience using ATS or candidate management systems is (Required)
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with daily hiring targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
