Job Description
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a reliable and hardworking BILINGUAL Shop Helper to work a night shift 3pm-11pm + OT as needed in the Houston, TX 77032 area. Must have at least 6 months of experience in painting, blasting and masking and taping off parts. This role will support shop operations by preparing items for blasting and painting, ensuring surfaces are properly masked to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Mask and tape off parts in preparation for blasting and painting</li>
<li>Assist with prepping materials and surfaces as needed</li>
<li>Support general shop operations and maintain a clean work environment</li>
<li>Follow safety guidelines and company procedures</li>
<li>Perform additional shop helper duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bilingual in Spanish</li>
<li>Minimum 6 months of experience masking/taping parts</li>
<li>Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Dependable with a good work ethic</li>
<li>Willingness to assist in various shop tasks as needed</li>
