Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production lines to established standards, meeting productivity targets, and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures. Your role will involve completing necessary documentation, troubleshooting quality or productivity issues, and making machinery adjustments as needed. You will also have the opportunity to suggest improvements to processes or procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain assigned line to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
- Meet and exceed established productivity standards.
- Understand and fully utilize all ISO procedures.
- Complete required documentation such as patrols, housekeeping sheets, and doff quality coding.
- Troubleshoot issues related to quality or productivity concerning the team or machinery.
- Make necessary adjustments to machinery to optimize performance.
- Suggest improvements to processes or procedures to enhance production efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production and general labor.
- Ability to operate and maintain machinery effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving issues.
- Proficiency in completing and managing necessary documentation.

Work Environment
This role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, sitting, and using hands for handling objects or tools. Employees must occasionally lift up to 35 pounds and may climb up to three levels above floor level. Shifts available are F1 (6pm-4am) and F2 (8pm-6am), Monday to Thursday. The work environment may expose employees to weather conditions, dust, heat, humidity, and odors. The noise level varies, and hearing protection is required in some areas. Employees will work with high-speed machinery and extremely hot surfaces.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Old Hickory, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
