ROLE: Sales Representative – Asset Based Trucking
LOCATION: West Coast required (California preferred)
Remote role
Compensation Structure
Base Salary:
• $60K – $90K depending on background, network, and revenue history
Commission:
• 10–15% of GP (strong upside for someone with existing accounts)
Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience Requirements:
• Must be based on the West Coast, ideally California
• Strong background in domestic trucking sales within an asset-based carrier
• Proven book of business with portable GP (priority requirement)
• Experience managing freight cradle to grave
• Ability to run a full sales cycle: prospecting, pricing, closing, onboarding, and account expansion
• Solid understanding of lanes, equipment, quoting, and customer communication
• Highly self-driven and accustomed to working fully remote
