What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Build media plans and adjust recommendations based on performance and feedback.
- Present media strategies and campaign updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage campaigns from launch through optimization and reporting.
- Monitor budgets and pacing to ensure campaigns deliver against plan.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify actionable insights and recommendations.
- Oversee campaign execution across self-service platforms and direct buys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on audience strategy, creative recommendations, and optimization opportunities.
- Lead day-to-day client communication and build strong client relationships.
- Negotiate with media vendors and identify value-added opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and strategy.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple channels, including: Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic, Direct Media Buys
- Proficiency with platforms such as: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Campaign Manager (DCM)
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to enhance productivity and workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Experience within entertainment, live events, sports, gaming, film, or related industries is a plus.
