Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-26 school year in Colorado Springs, CO, serving K-12 students across multiple schools. This contract position includes a caseload model with direct and indirect services, supporting a diverse elementary workload and part-time in-home therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy services to students.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and families.
  • Maintain caseload documentation and comply with district guidelines.
  • Travel to multiple school sites and in-home locations as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Colorado SLP License and Teaching Certificate through the Colorado Department of Education (CDE).
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
  • Experience in pediatric, healthcare, school settings, and clinical fellowship year (CFY) strongly desired.
  • Ability to manage caseload effectively and provide evidence-based services.
  • Willingness to work in an itinerant capacity with paid travel between sites.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time, two positions available, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Elementary school caseload focus with part-time in-home services.
  • Position based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
