What We Offer
Performance-Based Pay: A solid $30,000 base salary with an uncapped commission and bonus structure. Total earning potential ranges from $45,000 to $90,000+ per year based entirely on your drive and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.


  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers in a timely manner.


  • Consistently meet and exceed established agency sales goals and metrics.


  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.


  • Work collaboratively in a great team environment to drive the agency's overall success.


Requirements
A "Hunter" Mentality: Highly motivated, driven, and eager to succeed in a performance-based role.

Experience: Previous sales and/or insurance experience is a huge plus, but absolutely not required for the right, highly motivated candidate.

Goal-Oriented: A proven track record of setting and hitting goals.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Coachability: Eager to learn, utilize our extensive resources, and adapt to feedback.
