<li>Continuously develop technical knowledge and field experience</li>

Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in the HVAC field (preferred)</li>
<li>Engineering or technical background is a plus</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Intermediate English proficiency</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn</li>
