Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an immediate start to complete the current school year. This contract role is based in Irving, TX, within an elementary school setting serving students from kindergarten through fifth grade. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working in school or pediatric environments and be adept with evaluations and IEP documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to K-5 students, supporting their communication needs.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) development.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to implement effective therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely paperwork, ensuring compliance with state and school regulations.
• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings as required.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas state licensure as a CCC-SLP or CF status.
• Valid fingerprint clearance for working within school settings.
• Proven experience with ARD meetings and IEP processes.
• Ability to start immediately and commit through the end of the school year.
• Strong communication and organizational skills conducive to a school-based role.
