As an Account Coordinator, youll play a key role in keeping our accounts running smoothly. Youll analyze data to uncover growth opportunities, troubleshoot account-related challenges, and support the development of strategic account plans. What Youll Do:
- Analyze Data for Growth Use data insights to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and inform strategic recommendations that drive client success.
- Solve Account Challenges Act as the first point of contact for account-related issues, troubleshooting efficiently and escalating when needed to ensure quick resolution.
- Support Account Strategy Work closely with account managers to develop and refine account strategies, providing data-backed insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage Account Administration Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, coordinate schedules, and facilitate smooth communication between teams and clients.
- Create & Present Reports Prepare, analyze, and present reports on account performance, key metrics, and growth trends to internal teams and clients.
- Improve Processes Identify inefficiencies in workflows or account management processes, proposing and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
What Youll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and uncover insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Familiarity with account management or CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus, but not required.
- Strong communication skillsyou can break down complex ideas in a clear and compelling way.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for identifying opportunities and driving improvements.
