Our HVAC techs handle 2–3 calls per day, enjoy no on-call shifts, and get home in time for dinner.
What You’ll Do

Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, boilers, central AC, heat pumps, and mini splits)

Diagnose issues with heating & cooling equipment and provide solutions

Perform seasonal tune-ups and cleanings
-
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about findings and options
-
Ensure all work is performed to code, safety, and company standards

Accurately record job details in Housecall Pro (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
-
Experience: 2+ years in HVAC service or installation preferred (apprentices welcome to apply)

Licensing/Certs: NH Gas Fitters License required

Skills: Strong troubleshooting, customer communication, and mechanical skills

Attitude: Reliable, professional, and committed to excellence

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
