Director of Nursing (DON) – White Plains, NY
$200K–$250K | Full-Time | Skilled Nursing / Rehabilitation

Are you an experienced RN leader ready to take the helm of a high-performing nursing team? Our White Plains skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations, drive quality care, and develop a stable, high-performing nursing team.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role where your decisions directly impact resident outcomes, regulatory excellence, and staff development.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all nursing operations and oversee resident care with excellence

  • Supervise, mentor, and inspire RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

  • Maintain continuous “survey-ready” status and lead DOH/CMS audits

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans

  • Manage department budgets, resources, and QAPI initiatives to improve outcomes

What You Bring

  • Active, unencumbered NY RN license

  • 5+ years in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care

  • 2+ years in nursing leadership (DON or ADON preferred)

  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

  • Expertise in DOH/CMS regulations, MDS processes, and reimbursement

Pay Details: $200,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year
