Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Pasco County, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite
Compensation:$37-$43 an Hour

Position Overview:
As an SLP in this school-based role, you will be instrumental in helping students from diverse backgrounds improve their communication skills, both academically and socially. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of educators, specialists, and families to conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions. This position allows you to make a long-term impact in the lives of students by supporting their ability to succeed in both the classroom and daily life. Whether youre an experienced SLP or a Clinical Fellow seeking strong supervision, we welcome your dedication to student success.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in both individual and group settings

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district, state, and federal regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and school-wide support initiatives
Minimum Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
-
Active Florida SLP license (Department of Health)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY with supervision

Understanding of school-based service delivery and IEP development

Successful completion of background checks and fingerprinting
