Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:
As an Overnight Nurse at First Home, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care during the night. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and attending to the needs of patients overnight to ensure their comfort and safety.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other team members to provide updates and address concerns.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
- Responding promptly to any changes in patient conditions or emergencies.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse who meets the following qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Licensure: A valid and up to date nursing license.
- Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and along side other co-workers during overnight shifts.
- Attributes: A caring and patient-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional care.
