Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Radiologic Technologist license
- Minimum 18 months of recent X-ray experience required; 2 years preferred
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- Nicotine-free status required with no exceptions
- Clean license with no disciplinary actions or hits
- Two professional references from direct supervisors or management required
- Ability to successfully complete EKG and pharmacology assessments during orientation
- Completion of required pre-start modules (non-billable, averaging 6-15 hours)
