Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers the opportunity to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving students across a variety of grade levels, including K-5, 6-8, and 9-12, within a school setting in Boston, MA. The position is a contract assignment, ideal for professionals seeking to make a difference in students educational and communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student goals and outcomes
  • Provide support and resources aimed at enhancing communication skills for academic success

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and certification
  • Experience working with children in grades K-12, preferably across multiple grade bands
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality service delivery
