Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student goals and outcomes
- Provide support and resources aimed at enhancing communication skills for academic success
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure and certification
- Experience working with children in grades K-12, preferably across multiple grade bands
- Strong understanding of speech and language development, disorders, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality service delivery
