Quality Control Technician
The primary purpose of the Quality Control Technician is to perform quality assurance testing to ensure the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Your Challenge:
- \n
- Quality Control Test and Inspection of PacStar Hardware
\n - Apply pre-defined Network Device configuration
\n - Execute automated scripts and manual test scripts
\n - Perform mechanical inspection for defects
\n - Verify manifests/packing lists against product contents
\n - Update manual test scripts as needed
\n - Report defects to supervisor
\n - Present quality status to Production and Quality teams
\n - Have primary line responsibility for the quality levels maintained in PacStar products
\n - Performance requires physical attendance
\n - Other duties as assigned

What You Bring:
- \n
- 2+ years QC or testing experience, required
\n - Experience with simple mechanical inspection
\n - Experience with Microsoft Windows platforms, required
\n - Experience with PC hardware, required
\n - Experience with Networking Devices, desired (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
\n - Independent professional that can perform job assignment with limited supervision
\n - Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds of test equipment at least 40 feet
\n - Ability to multi-task and manage various project related duties

\n - Touch typist - minimum of 25 to 30 WPM
