In this position, you will be responsible for generating new business, selling commercial insurance products, and building strong relationships with business clients across a range of industries. You will play a key role in expanding our commercial book of business through proactive outreach, referrals, and consultative sales conversations.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow a commercial lines book of business through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals
Advise business owners across multiple industries on coverage needs and risk strategies
Cross-sell life and health solutions when appropriate to provide holistic protection
Manage the policy lifecycle including applications, renewals, endorsements, and customer support
Use Gee Family Insurances complimentary forensic risk advisory service as a differentiator during the sales process
Authorized to work in the U.S. with the ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Requirements
Active Utah Property and Casualty license (or ability and commitment to obtain quickly; full licensing support provided)
Current or recent experience working within the Farmers Insurance network (products, systems, or agency operations)
3+ years experience selling commercial insurance
Strong sales and business development skills with a record of winning new business
Ability to work independently while staying team-driven and client-focused
Authorized to work in the U.S. with the ability to pass a background check and drug screen
