About Us

We are seeking a Sports Physical Therapist to work for Sandersfit Rehab and Therapy at our newest location, at Tascoasa Golf Club. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, outstanding communication, and a passion for working with active adults and youth athletes. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a luxury private-club environment focused on high-touch member service.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, treatment sessions, and injury-prevention programs.

• Develop individualized rehabilitation and performance-enhancement plans.

• Support members participating in golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, fitness training, and seasonal sports.

• Collaborate with fitness trainers, golf/tennis pros, and wellness staff to create integrated care pathways.

• Educate members on biomechanics, injury prevention, and long-term health planning.

• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold club service standards.

• Participate in member-facing programming (workshops, mobility classes, screenings)

● Participation in consistent outreach for the SFRT Brand with assistance from SFRT Director of Outreach

● Some travel required for training for this position to our flagship location in Dallas

● Strong communication with SFRT staff, offsite receptionist and referral sources

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required.

• Active state PT license.

• Experience in sports medicine, outpatient orthopedics, or performance therapy.

• Certification in dry needling, manual therapy, or sports performance (SCS, CSCS, TPI, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage professionally with members.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary staff.
