\nLarchwood Care provides specialized respiratory services for residents with complex pulmonary and airway needs. Our respiratory program cares for residents requiring invasive mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, ventilator weaning, non-invasive ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy, airway clearance, and other advanced respiratory support.\n

\nOur RTs work closely with pulmonary providers, nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide hands-on respiratory care in a post-acute setting.\n

\nPosition Summary\n
\n
\nWe are seeking a dependable Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) to join our respiratory team on day shift. This is a part-time position totaling 24 hours per week, including an every-other-weekend and holiday rotation.\n
\n
\nResponsibilities include ventilator and tracheostomy management, respiratory treatments, oxygen and NIV therapy, airway clearance and suctioning, resident assessment and monitoring, emergency response, documentation, equipment management, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team.\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n- Current Ohio Respiratory Care Professional license\n
\n- RRT or CRT credential\n
\n- BLS certification\n
\n- Ventilator and tracheostomy experience preferred\n
\n- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills\n
\n- Dependable attendance and ability to work independently\n
\n
