Full Time

** PAY RATE BETWEEN $28-32/HOUR **
(based on experience and shift differentials)

Human Resource Generalist Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in recruiting or human resources roles, including hiring responsibilities.
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment and HR-related laws.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to interact professionally with applicants and employees, including handling emotionally sensitive situations.
  • Ability to successfully complete required CBRF certifications provided in-house.

What you'll do as a Human Resource Generalist:

  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Partner with departments to assess current and future hiring needs, align recruitment plans with budgets, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure efficient, compliant hiring processes from posting through offer.
  • Onboarding & New Hire Experience: Coordinate onboarding, orientation, pre-employment testing, training assignments, certifications, and welcome experiences to support successful employee transitions and retention.
  • Compliance, Metrics & Reporting: Ensure legal hiring practices, track time-to-hire and employment metrics, maintain accurate HR records, and monitor engagement, onboarding, and retention data.
  • HR Operations & Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison with internal teams and external partners, support HR administration, respond to employee and applicant inquiries, and provide backup and clerical support to the HR team as needed.
