Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This role offers the opportunity to work as a Special Education Teacher supporting K-12 students in a dynamic school setting in Dover, DE. The position is a full-time contract running from August 25, 2025, through June 12, 2026, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities include managing the entire Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, scheduling and facilitating IEP meetings, and collaborating closely with staff within the Special Education department. The teacher will work directly with K-12 students, providing tailored educational support aligned with each students unique needs.

- Certification or licensure in Special Education
- Experience working with K-12 students across a range of abilities
- Proficiency in managing the IEP process and coordinating meetings
- Strong collaboration skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams
