Patient Care Coordinator – Client Experience & Outreach (Warm Leads Only)
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage and convert warm leads into booked appointments while delivering a high-touch, concierge-level client experience. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, organized, and confident in guiding clients toward the right treatments.
Compensation:
$25 - $35 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with warm leads (inquiries, event attendees, referrals, website submissions) via phone, text, and email
- Educate clients on services, packages, and membership options
- Build rapport and provide a consultative, non-pushy experience
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments and consultations
- Manage scheduling and ensure a seamless booking experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead status
- Follow up with no-shows, cancellations, and inactive leads
- Collaborate with providers and the front desk team to optimize client flow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience with CRM systems and scheduling platforms is a plus
- Passion for beauty, wellness, and client care.
