Family Medicine Physician / Primary Care
Northern New Hampshire, near Lisbon
Permanent | Full-Time | $220,000-$240,000
A community-based healthcare organization in Northern New Hampshire is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join its established outpatient primary care team. This is a permanent opportunity providing comprehensive care across the lifespan with a Monday-Friday schedule, no weekends, no call, and protected administrative time.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive care and wellness visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic studies
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
- Provide patient education and support continuity of care
- Collaborate with an integrated multidisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in quality and practice-improvement initiatives
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time flexibility
- Monday through Friday
- No weekends
- No call
- Protected administrative time
- Full-time compensation based on approximately 40 hours per week
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Appropriate residency training in Family Medicine
- Board certification or board eligibility
- New Hampshire medical license or ability to obtain
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- Strong interest in comprehensive outpatient primary care
- 3+ years of direct primary care experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $220,000-$240,000 annually, based on experience and full-time status
